Critical Infrastructure

The attack begins
outside the fence line

Layered detection for energy, pipeline, transportation, and data center sites. Airspace awareness, site analytics, and the integration that connects them, so the surveillance phase in front of an attack is something an agency can see rather than reconstruct.

The Threat

Reconnaissance leaves a signal.
Fences do not read it.

Foreign state actors and homegrown violent extremists are studying American infrastructure before they touch it. A vehicle parked where nobody has reason to park. A drone flown over a facility on a Sunday. The same activity repeating at the same access point with no scheduled work on the books. Cameras and fences report a breach after it happens. That activity comes weeks earlier, and it is where the case is still winnable.

01EnergySubstations, switchyards, and generating stations surveyed from the air.
02PipelinesRight-of-way access points, valve stations, and metering sites across long unfenced runs.
03TransportationRail yards, ports, terminals, and staging areas where access is open and movement is predictable.
04Data CentersCampuses and the power infrastructure feeding them, expanding faster than the security model around them.
The Response

Three layers. One picture.

Each layer answers a different question. Layers are scoped per site and per jurisdiction, and not every layer is available to every customer.

Detect the reconnaissance flight, not the impact

RF-based detection, identification, and tracking of commercial drone platforms over a protected asset, including activity that never broadcasts Remote ID. Fixed configurations install permanently at the site. Mobile configurations move with an operation or an event. Aerial survey of a target is a preparation step, and detecting it gives a track, a time, and a place to work from while the plan is still on paper.

02 · Site Analytics

Geospatial analytics
Geofence and change detection
Scoped to the protected asset

Know what normal looks like, then watch it change

Detection without context produces alerts nobody acts on. This layer establishes what routine activity at a site actually looks like over time, then flags the departures from it. Activity outside operating hours. The same access point again nine days later. Shifts a single shift would never catch. That is the difference between an alarm and an indicator.

03 · Investigative Correlation

Cross-source correlation
Law enforcement only

Turn a detection into a case

Detections correlate in 4DV Vantix alongside the agency's existing systems, and investigators carry them forward in FINDER Investigate. Additional investigative sources are scoped per agency and applied under the agency's own authority. This layer is restricted to law enforcement. Operators see what their own sensors collect at their own sites.

Who This Is Built For

Jurisdiction is shared.
The picture should be too.

Infrastructure sits inside a patrol area but is owned by someone else. Detection that stays with the operator does not become a case. Deployments are scoped so the agency and the site operator work from the same data.

Law Enforcement

Police, sheriff's offices, and campus police holding jurisdiction over infrastructure they cannot see today.

Fusion & Federal

Fusion centers and task forces correlating pre-attack activity across counties and multiple sites.

Public Infrastructure

Transportation departments, transit and port authorities, airports, and water districts.

Utilities & Data Centers

Operators protecting their own sites, with a handoff path to their agency partner.

Sigilite provides detection and situational awareness. It does not provide mitigation, interdiction, or interference with aircraft. Deployments are scoped to the protected asset and to the customer's authority over it. Investigative capability is provided to law enforcement under authorized purpose, subject to agency policy and applicable law. Sigilite is a technology company. Deploying agencies and operators should consult their own counsel on application to their specific facts and jurisdiction.
