Use of the Sigilite platform is governed separately by the terms accepted at app.sigilite.com; purchases of products and services, and the hardware warranty, are governed by the Sigilite Sales Terms & Conditions; and information practices are described in the Sigilite Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Sigilite may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Website or any part of it.
